Jeff has always been passionate about inspiring teams to build technology solutions that not only solve customer challenges, but more importantly define new markets and opportunities.
Jeff most recently served as GM / Vice President of Product at Solera - DealerSocket leading the vision and strategy for the independent products. Jeff joined DealerSocket in 2015 bringing 25 years of industry experience in innovation, design and strategy of SAAS based solutions for the automotive and finance industries.
Prior to joining the DealerSocket team, Jeff served as the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Product Development for Finance Express. He was the founder of DealTrace, the first SaaS based DMS product on the market in 1999. Jeff has been influenced in his career by his early opportunities serving various roles in his family’s Dallas based Dealerships as well as the VP of Credit Services for BancTexas, a large indirect automotive lender.
Adam is a partner at ComplyNet and a licensed practicing attorney with 19 years of experience primarily representing dealerships, trucking companies, and auto auctions. His experience is that most regulatory fines and lawsuits are avoidable, but it takes proactive steps, the guidance of knowledgeable experts, and great systems to effectively mitigate these risks. Adam’s first-hand experience is that a company’s compliance efforts can be leveraged for significant insurance savings, and potentially used to win other business. Prior to joining ComplyNet, Adam served as general counsel to a data management company that provides information safeguarding and custom workflow solutions to the automotive industry. Adam has spoken on the local, state, and national levels, including presentations to the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), the National Independent Auto Dealers Association (NIADA), and the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC). Adam double majored in Economics and Religion at Denison University, and was elected into the honorary Order of the Curia for outstanding academics, character, and achievements at Capital University Law School. Greg has served as a board member of ComplyNet for 24 years and is now a partner. He is experienced in franchise automobile sales, consulting, and management, as well as independent auto dealer and auction software. Mr. Levi served as president and chief operating officer for one of the nation’s largest independent auto auctions, and was previously executive vice president of Finance Express. Greg entered into the automobile business with a large dealership in downtown Chicago, Hanley Dawson Cadillac. After rising to Cadillac Master Manager, Mr. Levi was involved in all training with Universal Underwriters, now Zurich. At Universal, he was a regional administrator consistently achieving president’s club, an honor for goal achievement. Greg is a graduate of Purdue University and is a long-time (no-longer-suffering) Chicago Cubs fan. He is married and the father of triplets. After earning his Bachelor in Science in International Business from Saint Louis University, Stephen joined the family business. Over time, Stephen has grown into his current role as ComplyNet’s Director of Operations where he maintains and oversees the various technology and communication initiatives, internally and externally. John began his career at ComplyNet 18 years ago. He currently serves as the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Practice Leader and is responsible for ensuring our clients receive the industry leading service that they count on from ComplyNet. John believes that well trained ComplyNet consultants and a robust online system are essential in delivering the best client experience. He is also responsible for providing EH&S services to many of our clients. John knows client engagement is crucial and by servicing, it allows him to understand the specific and changing needs of the facilities we help. Outside of work, John is the father to three wonderful children and the husband to the best wife a guy could ask for. EJ worked at various dealerships before joining ComplyNet 15 years ago. He currently serves as the Director of Sales & Success, and is responsible for linking customers to the appropriate services and ensuring that customers’ expectations are being exceeded, beginning with the deployment. He is also responsible for updating clients on new and existing initiatives that may assist in creating and maintaining a culture of compliance.
